Rapitypes created a large Tender Deck pattern supplied as a CNC machined master pattern in 0.45 density PU model board to CAD data supplied by Cougar Marine and finished to a 150 grit ready to receive a surface finish. Constructed in 3 sections with dowel joint locations and bonded onto the frame.

The pattern was supplied mounted on a single steel support frame with 200mm diameter. Heavy-duty swivel castors. The contract duration was 5 weeks from order.
